Now the question shouldn’t even be why you should be online. The real question is, why aren’t you online yet?
Why isn’t your roofing business growing and scaling and producing leads. Best believe that your competitors are doing just that. So maybe this video is going to make you realize why you need to get online and start to produce those leads. Let’s dive right in.

Why get your roofing business online?
Now, this video is all about reasons why you should get your roofing business online, and start marketing it so that you can ultimately get more roofing leads, get more phone calls, get more form submissions, more inquiries about your company, your services to your local market.
Now I know it’s a scary process, right? You’re unsure what if it costs so much, what if it fails? And these are questions that should be all too familiar with you, especially when you decided to open up this roofing company. And this is the very same thing. This is a risk that you are going to be taking when it comes to online.
There are many bad marketing companies out there
Now, one thing that I do want to make you aware of is that there are many, many, many bad marketing companies out there. And so you need to do your extreme due diligence when it comes to finding the right company or learning for yourself.

So reason number one, innovation. The world is changing every single day. There’s new technology, new tools, new means to help you get your time back, make you save money. And so you need to adapt to the current means of producing those leads for your company.
If there’s one thing that 2020 has taught me is that there’s nothing that is for certain. And the people who are failing to adapt to the current means are going to get left behind. Many companies are unfortunately going out of business, because they were unable to change as the change was happening.
Reason number two, you can reach so many more people by going online. And not only can you reach those people, you can reach the right people using your online.
Now, one very common mistake that I still see happening today is sending out mass mailers when you’re not even online period. When you get those mass mailers in the mail, like put yourself in your own shoes, when you do get those flyers coming into your doorstep, what do you do with them? They go in the garbage.
That’s exactly what is happening when you send out those flyers. Rather than sending it out as a mass mailer to everyone within the specific neighborhood, you can use online to get in front of the customers who are wanting to get your service.
Reason number three, you can personalize your offers depending on what’s happening.
If you’re fortunate enough to live in an area that gets a storm every now and then, you can jump on that as soon as possible, and really get something out there within a few hours, rather than having to wait and having to print out specific things, and then going out, printing it out, and then mailing it out and maybe taking a couple of days before you start to see any form of results from your efforts.
With being online, it’s as simple as, oh, something happened, let me put together a quick ad, boom, boom, boom, boom, send it out. It’s that much more time-efficient, and more targeted, because, again, you’re getting in front of the specific people who are looking for your service.
4. Your customers are online
Reason number four, your customers are online. Think about that for a second. How are you, you currently watching this video? You are online, and best believe that the homeowners that you’re looking to get in front of, the business owners that you’re looking to get in front of, are also online, and what you need to do is get their attention.

5. Growing and scaling
Reason number five, you can grow and scale your company massively.
Now, one thing that I love about online is that you can track absolutely everything. And so once you’re able to track everything, you can see where the majority of your leads are coming from, where the majority of your traffic is coming from. And all you need to do to get more results is to simply amplify what’s already working.
So just identify where the majority of your traffic is coming from. Do more of that, whatever it is that you did to get that traffic. And that’s how you can grow and scale your online lead generation. The more phone calls that you wanna get, some form submissions that you want to get. That’s all you need to do, amplify what’s already working.
Reason number six, become more efficient with your time, and become more effective with your marketing dollars.
By going online, you can set budgets, right? You can set the daily and the monthly budgets. You can dictate to whatever marketing platforms that you are using, how much you want to spend.
And you’re getting that time back. Instead of going and knocking on doors being rejected 80% of the time is a far less appealing option than getting in front of the customers who are looking for you online.
That’s gonna save your morale. It’s going to save your time, because you’re no longer chasing people rather than having people chase you.
7. It works!
