So you’re looking for fast roofing leads, say no more. I’m pulling out the fast cars. since it’s only fitting, to get fast roofing leads. So let’s go. So you’re looking for the best way to generate fast roofing leads for your company. Maybe a storm happened, maybe you just wanna get some extra cash and make it happen quickly. So in this video I’m gonna share with you three strategies that you can implement to generate fast roofing leads for your roofing company.

So for the last 10 years I’ve been working closely with roofing companies all over the US and Canada. I started off as a roofing consultant and now I work as a digital marketing expert specifically for roofing companies. Now with that being said, over the last five years I’ve helped roofers generate thousands of roofing leads.

So trust me when I say that these three strategies are by far the fastest. So the strategies that I’m going to share with you today are, in my opinion, the fastest way that you can generate more roofing leads for your company.

Now these are all strategies that you can start executing on right away to generate those fast roofing leads you’re looking for. So let’s dive right in and jump right into it.

So the absolute fastest way for you to generate roofing leads is through referrals. Your existing customers, guys that are happy with the work that you did, you’re looking for some quick fast roofing leads. Get them on the phone and ask them for some referrals. So if your customers are happy with you and the work that your company did for them, there’s no reason why they shouldn’t be able to give you some referrals, maybe some family, maybe some friends, just ask, you never know what’s gonna happen.

Get those referrals.

Maybe offer an incentive for those referrals. Give them a bonus, a gift card, something that you could write off for your business.

Now the second way that you can start generating fast roofing leads, my opinion is Facebook Ads.

Now, bear in mind that you really have to be in an area where a storm happens for this to be really successful, otherwise you’re going to have to implement different steps of a funnel for you to capture those leads really fast. But when a storm happens, you can essentially really throw an ad out there on Facebook to capture fast roofing leads.

It’s a matter of setting it up properly, targeting the right people, the right areas, and boom, you’ve got it. Strategy number three is setting up a Call-Only campaign through Google Ads. That is one of the fastest ways that you can set something up really quickly and captured some leads. You don’t even need a website. All you need is a phone number, that is it. And then obviously you need to create your Google Ads account and target smartphone users only.

So for you to capture the fastest lead through Google Ads, you really want to be targeting the specific keywords where you feel that the leads will come in quick. Now typically if a storm happens, then it’s fairly easy to capture those leads. If it’s raining, that’s another opportunity for you to capture those leads.

So, let’s go back to if a storm happens, what kinda keywords should you be targeting? You ideally wanna target the keywords that involve having a roof repair. Roof repairs, emergency roof repairs, roof repair contractors near me, roofing companies, roof repair companies near me, or anything of the sort. That is the type of keywords that you wanna go after because that is what people will mainly be looking for.

Obviously you have your storm-related keywords, but roof repairs are the keywords that people are going to be searching for the most. Temporary roof repairs, something to tarp over their roof while it’s still raining or just to kind of withstand the storm or emergency roof repairs, right? Something to tarp a roof to make sure that the roof is covered so that it doesn’t keep leaking inside the person’s home. So those specific keywords are absolutely key to your success for getting fast roofing leads online.

Now, some bonuses for you: telemarketers, they’re out there. You can hire a telemarketing company after a storm to start generating some roofing leads for you. Now, the downside to hiring telemarketing companies is that once you’ve paid for the leads, they’ve come in and then the telemarketing stops, then what? I am a strong believer in creating something for your own company that will last a really long time.

Something that is longterm, right? Telemarketing, Google Pay Per Click, that’s all great, but it’s instant gratification. Now when it comes to generating roofing leads, you really wanna build an authority within your own backyard so that you don’t have to sleep at night and then praying for some storm to happen and bail your company out.

That is not what you wanna do. You wanna establish something and never have to worry about generating roofing leads. So those are the three ways in which you can generate some fast roofing leads right now.

You have referrals, a Facebook Ad campaign, and a Google Call-Only campaign. Get to implementing right now.
