If you’re looking to do something a little different this year and generate some roofing leads online by the end of this video I’ll share with you three online roofing strategies that are gonna guarantee your success this year.

Roof Marketing Strategy #1 – Reach Out to your Past Customers for Online Reviews.
This is as simple as it gets guys. So there are a few ways that you can go about doing this guys. You can just call them over the phone and have then leave a review on your Google My Business listing.
You can just instruct them or you can instruct them to do so via email. Send them an email, ask them to leave a review on your Google My Business listing.
Or the preferred method that I like and I advise for you to do is invest in an iPad, a small iPad Mini. If you have the funds available of course and visit your previous customers.
Head over to their home, sent up something over the phone, let them know that you’re going to be stopping by just to maybe look at the roof to see that if everything is okay. And just present them with the iPad with your existing listing on the iPad already and have them leave a review.
If you know that you did excellent work and you know that they were happy with the outcome of their roof then there’s no reason why they wouldn’t leave a review for you right on the spot. And so bring them that iPad and just present it to them and have them review it right in front of you. That is the best and most efficient way to do this.

Roof Marketing Strategy #2 – Invest In “Small” Local SEO
I want you to invest in small, small local SEO and what that means is stop going after the big cities with your search engine optimization especially if you’re just starting out.
If you’re a new company and new meaning in the last three years, you’re still considered new online and it’s gonna be that much more difficult for you to go after the big cities, okay?
You’re really competing with guys that have been doing this for years and so for you to be able to be successful in a short amount of time with your small local SEO is to go after the small areas around the big city.
That is the key for you to generate roofing leads within a short amount of time and not spend a crazy amount of money with little to no results.
Go after the areas around the major city. So invest in that and you will see results in a much shorter period of time.
Strategy #3 – Leverage Google Properties
Leverage Google properties guys. So Google has so many different tools available for you from your Google My Business listing to your Google website to your Google ads platform and all of these are available to you to get started on.
Right, your GMB listing, which is your Google My Business listing is available to you for free and again if you haven’t checked out my past video I show you how to generate leads from that for free.
Then you have your Google website that is an easy thing that links directly to your Google My Business listing for you to set up, right? It’s a matter of a few clicks here and there.
It’s easy to set up, it’s not a full website like a traditional website but it’s a tool available to you for free provided by Google and guess what? It helps you rank because your using a Google property. So be sure to utilize that if you don’t already have a website.
If you have a website you’re better off using that, it’s more customizable and you’re able to rank a bit better because it’s more of a traditional website.
And the most important thing is Google ads. If you’re not yet using Google ads guys and you’re already advertising online be sure to utilize that platform because Google has made it very easy for you to set up something like a call-only campaign where you can start generating phone calls from it in a few clicks.
So utilizing those Google properties is a sure way for you to generate roofing leads online and really set you up for success this year. Now you know three strategies that’ll help you guarantee your success this year.
